How to Access HKFR

Access HKFR at: https://hkfr.live

Account Registration

Registration Required

HKFR requires user registration. There are no pre-created accounts - all users must register individually.

Steps to Register

  1. Navigate to HKFR: Go to https://hkfr.live
  2. Click Register: Find the registration link on the homepage
  3. Fill Registration Form:
  4. Email address (used as username)
  5. Strong password
  6. Company information (optional)
  7. Verify Email: Check your email for verification link
  8. Complete Setup: Follow email verification process

First Login

After successful registration and email verification:

  1. Login: Use your email and password
  2. Dashboard Access: You'll be directed to your document dashboard
  3. Empty State: Initially, you'll see an empty document list
  4. Create First Report: Start by creating your first report

System Requirements

Browser Support

  • Chrome: Version 90+ (Recommended)
  • Firefox: Version 88+
  • Safari: Version 14+
  • Edge: Version 90+

Network Requirements

  • Stable internet connection
  • HTTPS support required
  • JavaScript must be enabled

Authentication System

HKFR uses JWT (JSON Web Token) based authentication:

  • Session Management: Automatic session refresh
  • Security: Secure token-based authentication
  • Timeout: Sessions expire after extended inactivity
  • Multi-device: Can be accessed from multiple devices simultaneously

Troubleshooting Access Issues

Common Issues

Registration Problems

Problem: Email verification not received
Solution: 
- Check spam/junk folder
- Ensure email address is correct
- Try registering again if needed

Login Issues

Problem: Cannot login with correct credentials
Solution:
- Verify email is confirmed
- Check password caps lock
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try incognito/private browsing mode

Connection Problems

Problem: Cannot reach https://hkfr.live
Solution:
- Check internet connection
- Verify HTTPS is supported
- Try different browser
- Check corporate firewall settings

Browser-Specific Issues

  • Clear cache: Ctrl+Shift+Del (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Del (Mac)
  • Disable extensions temporarily
  • Check if JavaScript is enabled
  • Clear cache and data
  • Check Enhanced Tracking Protection settings
  • Ensure cookies are allowed for hkfr.live
  • Enable JavaScript in Preferences
  • Allow cookies from hkfr.live
  • Clear website data
